This often entails very frustrating telephone calls and providing all manner of information you may, or may not have easily to hand.
At Red Carpet we don’t believe in trends if they are at the expense of service to our customers. So we are your single point of contact no matter what the problem. If we cannot solve the problem over the telephone our engineers will visit you to diagnose the fault and then manage the manufactures replacement. You won’t need to provide information because we keep it on file and you won’t be kept waiting by call center operators because we don’t believe in them.
